1. Delivery Timeframes

United Arab Emirates

  • Standard Delivery: 2–3 working days

GCC Countries

  • Standard Delivery: 5–10 working days

International Shipping

  • Standard Delivery: 7–12 working days

Delivery timelines may vary during holidays, sale periods, or unexpected delays.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Orders below AED 100: AED 10 delivery fee

  • Orders AED 100 and above: Free Delivery

  • Shipping available across UAE & GCC

3. Heavy or Oversized Items

Some large or bulky items may have additional delivery charges, especially for remote locations.
If applicable, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm any extra fees.

4. Order Tracking

You can track your order at any time:

  • Tracking link will also be sent via SMS and email once your order is shipped

5. Delivery Conditions

Please ensure that:

  • The delivery address is accurate

  • Someone is available to receive the order

  • Your phone number is reachable for courier coordination

If delivery is attempted and missed, re-delivery may be scheduled.
