Your satisfaction is important to us. Our return, refund, and cancellation policies are designed to offer a clear and smooth experience for all customers.


1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order as long as it has not been processed or shipped.

How to Cancel

  1. Log in → My Orders

  2. Select the order and click Cancel Order

  3. You will receive confirmation by SMS or email

If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
However, you may request a return after delivery.


2. Return Policy

You may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In original packaging

  • In resellable condition

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened products

  • Personalized/custom-made items

  • Hygiene-sensitive items

  • Gift-wrapping fees


3. How to Request a Return

  1. Log in → My Orders → Return Items

  2. Select the item and reason for return

  3. Choose a pickup date

  4. Our courier will collect the item from you


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected and approved.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or video of the issue

  • We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, based on your choice


6. Refund Status Updates

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified by SMS or email

  • Refund will be processed within the appropriate timeframe

  • You will receive confirmation once completed
